This practice includes poses performed standing, seated, on hands and knees, and lying both prone (on the abdomen) and supine (on the back). Experience all aspects and benefits of yoga...without getting down on the floor! Lengthen and strengthen shoulder, back, and leg muscles and develop range of motion in joints while seated on a chair. Appropriate for all levels.

    A slow, gentle mind-body practice designed for yogis with injuries and other health challenges. Experience the benefits of yoga with highly adaptive poses that can be practiced standing or seated in a chair. This level avoids poses performed on the hands and knees, or prone (on the abdomen.)     A gentle mind-body practice with a slower pace that includes light weights in some poses. This practice methodically moves your body through full range of motion to build strength and tone muscles. In-studio participants have access to 1-6 lb weights; online participants must provide their own weights. Appropriate for new and continuing students with an active lifestyle who prefer a slower pace but a desire to build additional strength.
