Each morning unfolds gently with core-strengthening and mindful movement. You'll learn fundamental patterns that make good posture and strong movement feel natural, not forced. After a leisurely breakfast and free time, our afternoon sessions dig into the real stuff of habit change. We explore why habits stick (or don't), and how to work with your brain instead of against it. These workshops happen in our open-air spaces, where island breezes and distant pelicans might just make the learning sink in deeper.
