Gentle Yoga with Weights Class Schedule
Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.
Beginner friendly. A gentle mind-body practice with a slower pace that includes light weights in some poses. This practice methodically moves your body through full range of motion to build strength and tone muscles. In-studio participants have access to 1-6 lb weights; online participants must provide their own weights. Appropriate for new and continuing students with an active lifestyle who prefer a slower pace but a desire to build additional strength.
