Gentle Yoga Class Schedule

Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

Beginner friendly. A gentle mind-body practice on par with Yoga 1, but for those who prefer a slower pace and may wish for additional modifications. This practice includes poses performed standing, seated, on hands and knees, and lying both prone (on the abdomen) and supine (on the back). Appropriate for new and continuing students with an active lifestyle who prefer a slower pace.
