Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.
A challenging mind-body practice that builds upon Yoga 1-2 with additional focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and building a robust personal practice with a variety of foundational and challenging poses. Poses may include deeper backbends like Wheel, upper body strengtheners like Handstand , Crow Pose, and Vasisthasana variations, deeper versions of Pigeon Pose, and more. Appropriate for experienced, strong, aware yogis with a desire to work towards specific strength and endurance goals in their personal practice.
