Yoga 2-3 Class Schedule

Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

Our most challenging general mind-body practice that builds upon the foundational levels of yoga to carry experienced and dedicated yogis above and beyond their previous practice routines. Students in Yoga 2-3 are experienced with pose modifications, have ample experience with yoga principles and practices, have anatomical knowledge from previous class experience, and wish to further their robust and holistic yoga practice. Poses include backbend and arm balance variations. Appropriate for experienced, strong, aware yogis with a desire to work towards personally challenging goals.
