Yoga 1 Class Schedule

Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

Beginner friendly. A general mind-body practice to gently increase strength and flexibility with yoga poses, movement, breath work, and meditation. Learn the foundations of yoga with the most common and popular of seated and standing yoga poses to stretch and gently challenge your body and mind, such as Cat/Cow, Mountain, Child, Downward Facing Dog, Warrior I & II, Standing Forward Bend, Tree, and more. All classes end with Savasana. Appropriate for beginners or continuing students who enjoy a general-level practice.
