Yoga 1 and Meditation Class Schedule

Our yoga classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

Beginner friendly. A general mind-body practice to gently increase strength and flexibility through yoga postures, movement, breath work, and with specific time alotted for meditation practices. Learn the foundations of yoga with the most common and popular seated, standing, and reclining poses. Appropriate for beginning and continuing students who would like to focus on benefits for both the body and mind, including improved concentration and rest and reduced stress.
