Qigong 2 Class Schedule

Our qigong classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

A gentle mindful body practice that builds upon Mobility Stretch 1 with deeper mobility and core work to further improve functional fitness and daily living. Improve movement, joint comfort, stability, strength, posture, and more. This class will help counteract a lifestyle full of sitting or desk work. Also appropriate for those with an active lifestyle seeking injury prevention and active recovery.
