Class Schedule

Our Pilates classes are in-studio in Columbia, MD and live-stream online.

A challenging mind-body practice that builds upon Pilates 1-2 with additional focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and building a robust personal practice with a variety of foundational and challenging series and techniques. 1-6 pound weights, and resistance bands are used in each class. Students learn to incorporate exercises and principles from sports medicine to further increase strength. Resistance props are available for use at the studio, online participants provide their own. Appropriate for experienced, strong, aware Pilates practitioners with a desire to work towards deeper strength and endurance goals.
