Myofascial Release and Reset Class Schedule

Beginner friendly. A mind-body practice to release excess muscle tension, calm the nervous system, reset posture, and deepen the breath. Learn self myofascial release techniques by using a variety of props such as tennis balls and a foam roller, mixed in with accessible yoga postures. Appropriate for Yoga 1 practitioners and higher.
