These mixed level donation based yoga classes are live-stream online.

Beginner friendly. A general mind-body practice to gently increase strength and flexibility with yoga poses, movement, and meditation. Learn the foundations of yoga with the most common and popular of seated and standing yoga poses to stretch and gently challenge your body and mind, such as Cat/Cow, Mountain, Child, Downward Facing Dog, Warrior I & II, Standing Forward Bend, Tree, and more. All classes end with Savasana. Appropriate for all levels of students who enjoy a general-level practice. All proceeds are donated to Warriors at Ease through December 24, 2025
