Beginner friendly. A gentle mind-body practice that focuses on the connective tissues of your body. Students hold poses in Yin Yoga longer to stimulate, strengthen, and stretch connective tissues like your fascia, and move more slowly to invite awareness and mindfulness. Lengthen and strengthen your connective tissues, increase your mobility and flexibility, invigorate your circulation, promote concentration and invite calmness into your mind with this practice based on ancient Chinese philosophies and principles. Appropriate for all levels.
